Join your peers in collegiate travel and expense management.
This year, we take a holistic view of travel and expense in higher education specifically concentrating on how processes, policies and programs can be traveler-centrically focused.
Scott Gillespie will kick things off by taking us through the travel lifecycle of a traveler-centric travel and and expense program. This presentation will explain the benefits of integrating a traveler centric focus to your travel policy. Later in the conference, Mr. Gillespie will moderate a panel of higher education peers and industry experts as we discuss the Travelers’ Perspective.
Greeley Koch will moderate a Travel Life Cycle exercise in which you, as the traveler, are faced with some of the challenges experienced by our travelers. By challenging us to evaluate the meaningfulness, maneuverability, and reasonableness of our current policies and procedures, Mr. Koch takes a deeper dive into how we manage compliance from the travelers’ perspective.
Simon T. Bailey will close this year’s conference with his keynote address that will send you off energized to make a difference at your institution.
